Delivery:

We Offer Free Delivery on All Orders Placed on the Website. Delivery Time 1 – 3 Working Days Depending on the Size of the item. All Items will be delivered to the Main Door of the Property. Delivery Days Monday to Friday 8:00 am – 7:30 Pm.

Our Delivery Processes are:

Next Day Delivery: We offer Next day delivery option on several products, you have placed your order before 11:30 am and want to receive the delivery next working day, please inform us by email or phone immediately after the order is placed. Orders placed after 11:30 am will be delivered day after next day. If the order is placed on the website the items will be delivered to the “threshold” of your property only. As we use different carriers to deliver the orders placed online. Their drivers are not insured to enter your premises. And if the order is placed in store the delivery will to the room of choice.

Select Day: If you select a specific delivery day while placing an order on the website, your order will be delivered any time between 8:00 am to 7:30 pm on the selected day. Please note if this is a one-man delivery and it is to the threshold of your property only. The drivers are not insured to enter your premises. We shall inform you if there is a delay on the carrier’s end due to any reason.

Standard Delivery: Depending on the product size and boxes, This delivery option will take up to 1 – 3 working days. Please note that the items will be delivered to the “threshold” of your property only. 

“Sometimes delivery will take place within 7 working days or 4 -5 weeks. This is depending, if the product is out of stock or special size product ordered”.

If you have any special requirements regarding delivery, please write these in message box in checkout, or email us, if we are unable to accommodate your request then we will contact you before the order is dispatched.

Brixton Beds is unable to offer exact time slots for delivery. Deliveries will take place at any time between 8:00 am to 7:30 pm.

Please make sure upon delivery, that the item ordered is same and not damaged. if there is any damages or parts/ boxes missing please write a note on the delivery slip and give it to the driver and inform us within 24 hours by email or phone.

Brixton Beds will not be held liable for delay in delivery for any of the following reasons, floods, strikes, fire, lockouts, riots, governmental actions, explosion, bad weather, and out of stock products, or any other similar events.

Our most deliveries are done by One man delivery service, for the bulky or heavy items, you will need to organize some assistance at the point of delivery. Because of our insurance terms, our drivers are not allowed to carry stuff to upstairs, however if you are willing to provide assistance to our drivers, and ask them to help you to move the items upstairs, in this case, all this will be at your risk, As drivers and Items are not insured, and if the items are damaged or any damage caused to the floors, walls, stairs or the building, will not be covered and you will be responsible for this.

If you or your appointed person refuse to receive the delivery due to any reason or because of stairs or small passage / space or has not made arrangements to Assist the delivery driver, a re-schedule delivery will be charged. for more information about re-scheduled delivery charges please contact us by email or phone.

Please note that once the delivery is in the vehicle or at your door, delivery driver is not allowed to accept any verbal instructions, driver will deliver the items as per the delivery consignment instructions. Please give the correct delivery address(es) when placing an order, driver will only deliver to the address(es) mentioned on the delivery note.

Please note Brixton Beds or delivery driver will not take away old furniture from your property to make room for new items. But sometimes situations arise which are beyond our control. Therefore, we recommend that you do not dispose of your old furniture / old mattresses until you have received your new items and the new items have been checked for damage.

Collection from Warehouse can be made any time from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM (Mon – Sat). The advantage of this is the flexibility of giving our customers the option to arrange their own delivery as a lot of our customers trend to have their own drivers or good relationships with their own Courier companies. We are happy for any customers to arrange their own collection & delivery, although we can certainly arrange the delivery for you if you require some assistance withthis.
