Fast & Reliable Delivery – Bringing Comfort to Your Doorstep!
Free & Standard Delivery
We offer free delivery on all orders placed through our website. Standard delivery times range between 1 to 3 working days, depending on the size of the item.
- Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM – 7:30 PM.
- All items will be delivered to the main door (threshold) of the property.
Next-Day Delivery
We offer next-day delivery on select products.
- To qualify, you must place your order before 11:30 AM and inform us via email or phone immediately after checkout.
- Orders placed after 11:30 AM will be delivered the following working day.
- If your order was placed in-store, the delivery will be made to your room of choice. However, if placed online, delivery is to the threshold only, as our third-party couriers are not insured to enter your premises.
Select-Day Delivery
If you select a specific delivery day at checkout:
- The order will arrive anytime between 8:00 AM – 7:30 PM on the selected date.
- If the delivery is handled by a one-man service, the item will be delivered to the threshold only.
- We will inform you if there are any carrier delays.
Standard Delivery & Extended Timeframes
Depending on the product size and packaging, standard deliveries usually take 1–3 working days.
- Some deliveries may take up to 7 working days or 4–5 weeks, especially if the item is out of stock or a custom/special-sized order.
If you have special delivery requests, please mention them in the checkout message box or contact us via email. If we cannot accommodate the request, we will notify you before dispatch.
Important Delivery Guidelines
Check Your Order Upon Delivery
- Inspect your items on arrival to ensure they are correct and undamaged.
- If there are any damages or missing parts, note it on the delivery slip and inform us within 24 hours via email or phone.
Delivery Limitations & Assistance
- Our deliveries are usually handled by a one-man service. If your order is bulky or heavy, please arrange for assistance.
- Due to insurance policies, our drivers are not allowed to carry items upstairs.
- If you voluntarily assist the driver in moving items, Brixton Beds is not liable for any damages to your property or furniture.
Missed Deliveries & Re-Scheduling
- If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will leave a notice or attempt redelivery.
- After two failed attempts, the package may be returned to us, and additional charges may apply for reshipping.
- If you refuse delivery due to stairs, small passageways, or lack of assistance, a rescheduling fee will be charged.
No Old Furniture Removal
- Our delivery drivers will not remove old furniture to make space for new items.
- We recommend keeping your existing furniture until your new order has arrived and been checked.
Unforeseen Delivery Delays
Brixton Beds is not responsible for delivery delays due to:
- Extreme weather conditions (floods, snow, etc.)
- Strikes, riots, or government actions
- Product stock shortages
Collection Option
You can also collect your order from our warehouse:
- Collection Hours: Monday – Saturday, 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
- Customers can arrange their own delivery using personal couriers.
