Please read through these Terms and Conditions carefully before using this website. Your continued use of this website constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. You may access most areas of this website without registering your details. Brixton Beds is a Wholeseller and Retailer, our services are exclusive to all Respectfull customers. Cash on Delivery Option is for our some Permanent Customers inside London Only and  These clients are regular Buyers. If you want to pay cash on delivery please contact us via phone or email, before your place an order.

Any buyers that do not wish to use this website to place orders or would prefer not to open an account for any reason are still able to place orders by telephone, e-mail or by visiting our store. (New customers when registering on our website, during the registration process date of birth section is optional, we prefer our all customers to not use this section).

While we strive to ensure our customers have access to our website 24 hours a day, at any point the website maybe temporarily suspended without notice, in case of system crashes, maintenance or for reasons out of our control, we will not be held liable. If any problems do arise we ask our customers to contact us or place orders by other means of communication, listed with this document.

You can browse this website as a visitor any time, but when you buy any thing from this website, you will need to login or sign up (register a new account) to complete your order and to make payment(s). In registration process you provide us your personal details such as “Title” “Name” “Address(es)” “Email” “Phone Number”. Registration enables you to speed up the ordering process, however, you do not have to register with us until you choose to order online.

For newsletters, we collect only your name and email address. This information is collected to provide a better service to all our customers who wish to be notified of any special offers, Deals or New Products.etc.

To be able to provide customers with logins in order to purchase from this website, we need to know all details listed above as well as the company name (if buyer is a company). Again, this is for our information only. When you register your account with us to process an order, you can choose “Newsletter” “Opt in” option to “Yes” or “No”. this is your choice.

The information we (Brixton Beds) collect is for our use only. We do not pass on any information to third parties unless requested by the user.

Warranties:

If you find Product Faulty or damaged upon Delivery, Please refuse to receive the delivery and we will reschedule the delivery. Please make sure to check the item upon arrival before signing the delivery note. All products are warranted if there is any manufacturing fault. But moving parts (Drawers, Castors, Hydraulics, Mirrors, or any mechanism) are not included in warranty. Seating and Upholstery products, which are subject to usage, related wear and tear. Brixton Beds reserve the right to not to apply the warranty in cases of inappropriate use or the product has been tempered by a third party or interventions by non authorised person.

If you find the fault / damage in product with in 7 days of receiving delivery, please inform us immediately with in 24 hours by email or call and send us some photos of the faulty product. And allow us the inspection of product by manufacturer or authorised person.  We will not be able to make any repair, exchange or refund of the faulty / damaged product if you make any further use of faulty / damaged product after giving notice of the defect / damage to us or if the defect is a wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, misuse or your failure to follow the written or oral instructions as to the storage, assembly or usage of product. Or you try to alter or repair the product without our prior written notice.

If any product is not according to the warranty, then with in 30 days of collection of the faulty / damaged product we will repair or replace the faulty / damaged product or the defective part of the product free of charge or we will refund the price of the faulty / damaged product. This will be optional to us at the situation and condition of the faulty / damaged product.

For a limited number of products, manufacturer’s warranty for a further period may be available and it is your responsibility to contact the manufacturer and comply with any requirements of the manufacturer. Unfortunately Brixton Beds will not be able to assist you with any warranty claims after expiry of 12 months period after delivery. Brixton is not liable for any warranty claim on any product that is delivered 12 months ago. 

Orders:

Orders are accepted by telephone, E-mail, online and in person. Orders placed are not legal binding contracts until the order has been accepted and approved by Brixton Beds. Once an order is accepted by us we will notify you and will arrange delivery or collection. Brixton Beds reserve the right to decline any part, if not all of any order received for any reason, should this be the case you will be contacted via email or telephone.

Once you have placed an order and you want to cancel it or you have changed your mind, please inform us immediately within 24 hours, before the order is dispatched. Once order is dispatched we will not be able to cancel the order. If in this case, please see our Returns Page.

All products are subject to availability and can be withdrawn at any time. We will inform you as soon as possible if the products you have ordered are out of stock. You will not be able to make corrections or changes in order, once you have paid for the order.

We advise our customers to keep a copy of all e-mails which relate to your orders for your own reference. Brixton Beds also keep a record of all orders taken by us, if you require any information please feel free to contact us.

Orders place over the phone will go through further security checks once the order has been placed. This is to protect Brixton Beds and cardholders against credit / debit card fraud. Moreover sometimes we will contact you to provide some additional information, such as, proof of address, and copy of a utility bill (no more than 2 months old). We will not be able to process the order until we don’t receive the requested information. And after 14 working days order will be automatically cancelled and refunded. We Apologise for the inconvenience happened to the genuine customers. But these security and fraud prevention measures are essential to keep safe our respected customers from any loss.

All products will remain the property of Brixton Beds, until paid in full.

The products will be at your risk from the time of delivery and if you wrongly fail to receive the delivery of the products ordered by you, the risk of the products shall pass to you at the time we tendered delivery of the ordered products.

Please Provide a phone number with your order, it will allow us to contact you and inform you about the order and delivery. If there is a mobile number, we will send you a text message too.

Please make sure the delivery address is correct, you entered the exact post code, door number and phone number.

Email address mentioned in the order or sign in process, you allowing us to contact you by email.

Orders are accepted by telephone,  E-mail, online and in person.

Cancellation of Orders:

 You can cancel the order until it is not paid. Once you have paid for your order and you changed your mind about the product you have ordered, please inform us immediately within 24 hours, before the order is dispatched. ( We will inform you before making shipment of the order).

Once the order is dispatched, you will not be able to cancel the order and we will not be able to refund the money until we do not receive the ordered product return in our warehouse and inspect it, in this case you will be responsible for the return charges. And after the return charges deduction we will make a refund of balance amount to the debit card / credit card or paypal account from where payment was made. 

No claim for shortage or damage can be allowed unless delivery team is advised on the time of receiving your delivery. Please make sure you check every thing is delivered is same as you ordered and not damaged. In the event of any claim on the items purchased in this invoice; seller’s liability in no circumstances exceed the invoice proceed of the defective goods in question. All products must be returned in the same condition they were received, including its original packaging. Returns may not be accepted if original packaging has already been removed.

Payments:

We accepts Payments via Paypal, Credit Card / Debit Card and Cash on Collection.

When placing an order from our website, On checkout you shall be redirected to the PayPal website, we use this payment gateway to accept card payments from our customers this method is very secure, one of the most secure payment gateways on the Internet. However we cannot be held liable for any fault in PayPal’s systems as this is a third party organisation. Please check PayPal’s full terms and conditions HERE

We accept Cash on collection and cash on delivery, Debit/Credit card & PayPal (only online). We also accept cheques from customers that have an account with us and have been dealing with us for over 12 months. This is subject to our discretion.

Returns & Refunds:

  • We request you if the Product is damaged on delivery arrival or it is Manufacturing Fault please refuse to receive the delivery. And request the carrier to “Return to Sender” and to bring it in our notice send us email or call us immediately.
  • If the product is same, you have ordered please reject the delivery and request the carrier to “Return to Sender” and please email us or call us immediately.
  • Once you open the Box and discovered that the item is not same, you have ordered, please email us or call us immediately. We will replace the correct product at our own cost as soon as possible.
  • If the Box is damaged please write on the delivery note to bring in our notice by email or call, in future it will helpful for both of us to get the claim sorted (if any made). If you see the box is damaged and the product inside is damaged too, please reject the delivery and request to carrier to “Return to Sender” and inform by email or call immediately. We will reschedule the delivery. Or will make a refund if you want.
  • If you have received the delivery and you open the box and you see damaged item please inform us by email or call with in 24 hours you received the delivery. And send us the pictures of damaged item. We will replace the item or make a refund to you.
  • If you want to return a product. Please make sure that the product is in it’s original packing. If you attempt to assemble the product and the product is not in orginal packing, We will not be able to accept the returns.
  • Mattresses, Toppers, Pillows are non returnable due to hygiene reasons. Some mattress are vaccum packed. If the packing is damaged please reject the delivery and request to carrier to “Return to Sender”. We will replace the mattress. But if you see the packing is damaged and you receive the delivery and have opened from packing, we will not be able to return the mattress or any other product. We are unable to make any refund on Mattresses for the reason of Hygeine unless there is any manufacturing fault. 
  • Please do not open and unroll the products to inspect if the products are correct. There will be clear identification labels which can be seen through the packaging. We will unfortunately not be able to accept returns of these products once the vacuum pack wrapping has been opened.
  • Some Wardrobes and other products are coming assembled from factory but still in packing, if you find the packing is damaged, please make sure the wardrobe or any other product is 100% fine inside. If you find any minor damaged or scratched and you want to keep the product. Please mention it on delivery note. We will try to compensate you, by offering some discount on the product.
  • If you have received the delivery the product is in it’s Original Packing You haven’t opened the Packing and because of some personal reasons you want to return it. Please make sure “ Product must be in it’s original factory packing and not opened” We will accept the return and return postage charges will be paid by you. And a surcharge of 15% will be paid by you. We will make a refund of balance amount (after the deduction of return postage charges and the surcharge of 15%) to the credit card/ debit card or paypal account was used to make payment. All this will be possible after the receiving and inspection of returned product in our warehouse. Refund will be made with in 25 working days (often immediately) of the reveiving of returned product in our warehouse.
  • Please make sure the Size of the space and product you are ordering are correct sizes. If the product doesn’t fit in the space you have, and you want to return the product. Product must be in it’s original packing and not opened. We will accept the return and return charges will be paid by you and the  remaining amount after the deduction of return postage charges to the credit card/ debit card or paypal account was used to make payment. All this will be possible after the receiving and inspection of returned product in our warehouse. Refund will be made with in 15 working days (often immediately) of the reveiving of returned product in our warehouse.

Price:

All prices seen on this website exclude VAT and our regular customers should have access to the price. Prices may change from time to time due to an increase in the cost of Brixton Beds; reasons may include an increase in the costs of raw materials, labour, overheads, taxes and duties or any change to exchange rates. If any changes in price apply to a product sold to a customer and has not yet been updated online, Brixton Beds will notify the buyer of this change, the buyer shall then have the right to cancel the order and be refunded for the full amount paid. Notice for cancellation must be received from the Buyer within 48 hours of receiving the notice of the price increase from Brixton Beds.

Stock:

Brixton Beds stocks all products shown on this website although from time to time some products may be out of stock, due to high demand. If this is the case a Brixton Beds representative will be in contact with the Buyer within 24 hours.

We aim to provide the most accurate pictures on our website and within our brochures for each of our products. However, we cannot be held liable for colour discrepancies between our pictures and the actual product, this is due to printing, different Internet browsers, monitor colour contrasts .etc.

Collection & Delivery:

All deliveries are managed by Brixton Beds using different delivery companies, Brixton Beds offers the opportunity to all our customers to arrange their own collection or delivery but we can also arrange delivery for all our customers within the London. Caollection can be made any time from Monday to Satureday 10:30 am to 7:00 pm. Same day collection is available for all customers.

Delivery charges are different, depending on the delivery address and the ordered product. For further information about Delivery costs and charges please call us or email us.

All orders are scheduled to be deliver from Monday - Saturday. If any customer wants to recieve delivery same day or next day please call us to arrange and fix a delivery day and time. After purchase confirmation is received although if for any reason delivery could take up to 10 working days (reason for this can be the ordered item is not in stock). Special & customized orders could take much longer from 4-8 weeks. We inform all customers when they can expect to receive their purchased items if it will be later than 3 working days.

Your Computer / Device Damage:

Brixton Beds makes every effort to ensure that this website is free from viruses or defects. However, we cannot guarantee that your use of this website or any websites accessible through it will not cause damage to your computer or other device. It is your responsibility to ensure that you use the correct equipment, programmes and other safeguards to access the website safely and guard against anything that may damage your computer or other device. Brixton Beds shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage to computer equipment, mobile phones or other devices which may arise as a result of using this website.

Whether a guest on our website or a customer of our business using our website; our content should be respected at all times. Misconduct and misuse of content on this website will result in legal action. This includes breech of copyright laws, technically harmful sources, including but not limited to, computer viruses, worms, malware, spyware and harmful data. If such an event arises we will fully co-operate with the local Law authorities. Suspected criminals information will be passed onto the Police and maybe taken to court for prosecution.

Liabalities:

We do not except liability for any errors and reserve the right to change any information, prices, specifications, descriptions, products or services. Brixton Beds will not be held liable for delay in delivery for any of the following reasons, floods, strikes, fire, lock-outs, riots, governmental actions, explosion, bad weather or any other similar events.
